Industrial Machine & Mfg. Inc., a trusted manufacturing company based in Saskatoon, is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is comfortable operating a forklift as part of their daily duties.
About the Role
As a General Labourer, you’ll support day‑to‑day operations in our shop, assisting with material handling, cleaning, organizing, and general production support. Forklift operation will be a regular part of the job, helping move materials and support workflow throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely to move materials and support production needs
- Assist with general labour tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and shop maintenance
- Load and unload materials
- Support machine operators and other team members as required
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labour or manufacturing environment is an asset
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
