Position Overview:

Are you a versatile "Jack" or "Jill" of all trades who thrives in an ever-changing environment? Do you take pride in your work and enjoy tackling new challenges? Rego Construction is seeking a physically fit General Labourer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various physical duties
• Operate and/or assist with heavy equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators
• Use motorized power tools and hand tools safely and effectively, including but not limited to: quick cut, Sawzall, grinder, drill, hammer, rake, shovel, etc.
• Maintain and adhere to all safety standards
• Follow direction and work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
• Communicate any deficiencies with the Foreman to find effective solutions
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and job sites

Requirements:

• Clean criminal record. Secret security clearance needed/provided
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with power and hand tools
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs
• Willingness to work long hours as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with skid steers and mini excavators is an asset
• Experience with cutting torches and concrete work is an asset
• AZ/AR/DZ drivers are an asset

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
