We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively as directed.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and tools, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction or manual labor techniques is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices in the workplace.
