Job Overview
Maples Yardworks is hiring Snow Removal Crew Members for the 2025–2026 winter season. This is a seasonal, on-call position for those who want extra income. Work is 100% weather-dependent and shifts may be early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on snowfall.
Important: Crew members MUST be available whenever it snows. This is not a casual “when-you-can” role — reliability is essential. Failure to report for scheduled snow removal after a snowfall will result in termination.
As part of our team, you’ll help keep driveways, sidewalks, and properties safe and accessible throughout the winter. No prior experience required — just reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
