Looking for a skilled professional who performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, both indoors and outdoors, in a residential setting. Duties include but are not limited to:
✅Troubleshooting of minor electrical
✅Troubleshooting minor maintenance issues
✅Carpentry and painting
✅General home repairs and maintenance
✅Snow Removal
✅Lawn mowing
✅Landscaping
✅Basic Plumbing
✅Light Janitorial work
Qualifications
Education: High-school Diploma or equivalent
Skills/Abilities:
- Must possess excellent quality management skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
- Must have a valid class “G” driver’s license
- Must have a clean driving record and have a clean criminal background check
Experience Required: Minimum of five years industry experience or equivalent maintenance experience
Job Types:
- Full-time, Permanent
- Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Vision care
- Schedule: 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Hourly wage based on experience $23-25/hour
- On-call sharing
Work Location: Chatham Ontario.
