Redmond Property Maintenance is a property maintenance company who operate in the greater Dublin area and carry out all types of maintenance on residential properties. We have been operating since 2015 and have an extensive estate agency clients list.

We are looking for a General Maintenance Trade who will compliment our growing team of Trades. You must have a full clean drivers licence as company van will be provided. The Ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team as this is an integral part of the roll, will possess great communication skills and initiative. The role includes the following duties and any other duties as directed by the manager.

• General maintenance & repair
• Ability to properly and safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lay flooring
• Ability to tile
• Carpentry tasks as required
• Assembly of Furniture
• Measuring and installation of window blinds
• Liaise with co-works and assist with their tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €16.00 per hour
