Reliable skilled maintenance worker that performs minor but essential work orders throughout our properties. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of repairs and cleaning to ensure that our properties are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job.
Maintenance Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, blinds, clogs, ect.
- Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed
- Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, filters, batteries, etc
- Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
