Leinster Environmentals is an award-winning Irish-owned plastics recycling specialist that provides waste management companies and industrial plants with a route to market for their scrap plastic materials.

In order to help keep our facility operating at the very high standard we have come to expect, a Part Time General Maintainance / Handyman (person) role has arisen would suit part time

Responsibilities & Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general repairs and maintainance to our facility including

• Painting equipment , machines and safety devices
• Property maintainance such as weed control and gutter cleaning
• Basic carpentry repairs and improvements to workstations to improve workflow and productivity
• Basic electrical repairs such as changing plugs or light bulbs
• Cleaning and maintainance of common and customer facing areas
• Having the ability to carry out all work aspects in accordance with Quality and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in (spray) painting
• Highly motivated with strong communication skill
• Strong attention to detail and desire to maintain very high standards of a work place
• The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Basic carpentry skills
• Experience in the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €13.50-€16.00 per hour
