Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales, staff, inventory, customer service and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom operations and daily activities.
• Achieve sales targets and improve business performance.
• Lead, motivate and manage showroom staff.
• Supervise department heads and ensure smooth coordination.
• Monitor gold, silver and diamond stock management.
• Ensure proper inventory control and stock verification.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Monitor daily sales, cash collection and business reports.
• Ensure staff discipline, attendance and productivity.
• Implement company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with management for business growth and improvements.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in jewellery retail management.
• Previous experience as a General Manager or Showroom Manager preferred.
• Good knowledge of gold, silver and diamond jewellery operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail software.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage large teams.
• High level of integrity, responsibility and commitment.
