Do you have some customer service background, and like to manage the operations of a business and the people?

We promise a fun and creative environment but this role involves helping us to take care of our art studio to make it very conducive for all our customers.

By being a Studio Manager, the role includes:

1) Management

• To be responsible for the running of the day-to-day of the studio, and report directly to the founders about progress and objectives met
• To work very closely with the Art Studio Assistants and assign them tasks require to fulfil the upkeep of the studio, and arrange for their schedules
• To work very closely with the Art Instructors for scheduling, as well as to inform them of any requests from customers
• To be in-charge of scheduling, ensuring allocation of space for the activities and no overbooking situation.

2) Sales & Operations

• Attend to sales enquiries and schedule customers in
• Ensure all operations flow smoothly by following/implementing systems.
• Keeping tab of inventory and order to stock up
• Ensure studio is kept clean and tidy at all times

3) Customer Service

• Help improve our 5 star google review ratings.
• Ensure or assist to set up customers for their session
• Assist to welcome customers and give them small orientation to the place
• Be a Facilitator to host private events for parties or teambonding, to guide customers through the function/activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A candidate with confidence to host events, and front the room with a crowd.
• A candidate who has great smiles and love talking to people, and providing great service.
• Good at multi-tasking
• Good at managing tasks and be a leader to others
• Possess cheerful disposition
• Takes ownership in what he/she does
• Have strong communication
• Have a growth mindset
• (optional) A art background will be really useful!

Pay: $2,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
