Midlands Park Hotel is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding food, service, and guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high performing hospitality team
• Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service and exceptional guest care
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain high standards in food, service, and compliance
• Recruit, train, develop and mentor team members

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Passion for food, service, and guest experience
• Commercial mindset with strong operational knowledge
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
