Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and maintain the highest standards of service and facility management. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality excellence. The Hotel Manager will play a key role in driving the success and reputation of our property.

Duties

• Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control measures.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all departments.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and aesthetic appeal.
• Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively to ensure guest safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and staff coordination.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
