We have a sensational opportunity for a General Manager to join our Zuma collection, in preparation to lead a future project in Italy.
As General Manager, you need to be an impressive operator who maintains a passion for constantly delivering amazing service and guest interaction. With an already loyal guest repertoire, you must understand how to maintain and enhance luxury experiences, driving a further following to the restaurant.
We look for leaders who can be an inspiration to their teams; motivators who can galvanise those around them to perform and thrive in vibrant, high energy working environments.
The ideal candidate must come to us from a similarly busy and high-quality establishment. It is imperative that any applicant has a business minded approach and the natural ability of sales and marketing to continue driving sales for a restaurant of this magnitude.
With future expansion planned throughout the Azumi Collection, this is a truly incredible opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded and forward-thinking global restaurant collections.
This role will require flexibility as it will cover seasonal locations - you must be available to travel depending on business needs.
