Gabby’s Restaurant's (Urban Dining Group) are owned and operated by 2 local Toronto families. This year we are celebrating our 36th Anniversary and we continue to provide exceptional food value and great local neighborhood service.

We are currently looking to strengthen and add to our current team at a Gabby's Corporate location in Guildwood.

We require a seasoned General Manager that will motivate and energize staff on every shift. You will need to have drive and a service based mindset to make decisions in the best interest of the restaurant. You understand labor, food and liquor cost and know how you can help with controlling each on a daily basis. Ideally you have 4+ years of solid GM experience in a high volume and fast paced environment.

Must haves:

MUST LIVE EAST SIDE OF THE CITY

Ability to uphold high standards in food quality, guest service and fiscal management

Able to train and coach all staff to ensure you are delivering great food and service to each guest

Knowledge of how to increase sales vial social and local marketing initiatives

Strong knowledge with Inventories and Labor control

Successful long term stays (4+ years) at previous employment

Pay: $56,000.00-$61,000.00 per year
