Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of Little Caesars. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and uphold food safety standards. This leadership role requires a strong background in food service management, team supervision, and operational excellence within a quick service or fast food environment. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food preparation, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions, inventory control, and reporting
  • Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a productive team environment
  • Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation
  • Maintain inventory levels and control costs through effective stock management and ordering processes
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations
  • Lead shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth service flow during peak hours
  • Implement customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes for new team members
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement in sales and operational efficiency
  • Manage kitchen operations including food production, catering services, banquet events, and bar services when applicable
  • Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff

Requirements

  • Proven management experience within the food industry, preferably in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
  • Strong background in food preparation, culinary experience, and kitchen management
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
  • Experience supervising staff, conducting training & development sessions, and managing teams effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards; experience with food handling certifications preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
  • Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly desirable
