We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding guest services while managing various aspects of hotel operations, including revenue management, and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage all hotel operations, ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise front desk staff and coordinate guest relations to enhance the overall experience.
• Oversee financial management to achieve revenue goals.
• Implement effective strategies for revenue management and cost control.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to maintain service excellence.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage night audits and ensure accurate reporting of daily transactions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
• Ensure all brand standards are being met according to the franchise.
• Ordering supplies and staying in line with financial budget.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and development is highly desirable.
• Strong background in customer service, with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations is beneficial.
