Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Team Leadership: Oversee all restaurant activities, providing support, guidance, and feedback to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team committed to excellence.
• Performance Evaluation: Lead the process of providing performance evaluations for front-of-house staff and work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure comprehensive evaluations for back-of-house.
• Financial and Inventory Management: Manage orders, contracts, and inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency, reduce waste, support daily operations, and oversee supply budgeting while coordinating closely with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Budget Management: Oversee labour cost budgeting and collaborate with managers on strategic decisions for scheduling, training initiatives, and maintenance planning to optimize resources effectively.

Who You Are:

  A Seasoned Leader: With 2-5+ years of proven General Manager experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant environment, you're ready to take on the challenge of this venture.
