A UFC Gym General Manager (GM) leads all operational, sales, and fitness functions, driving revenue through membership sales, personal training, and staff development.

This is not a standard gym role. We’re launching UFC GYM Dublin 1, and we’re looking for a General Manager who can build momentum, drive presale performance, and lead from the front.

You will play a critical role in the club’s success from day one — owning membership growth, retention systems, and creating a high-performance culture inside the club. Responsibilities

• You are not just managing, you are driving the commercial engine of the club.
• Build a Team from Day as we work towards opening our first UFC GYM in Ireland.
• Lead and execute presale strategy ahead of opening
• Drive new member acquisition through outreach, events & partnerships
• Own all sales KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking
• Create and manage the club activity planner
• Lead from the front on the floor, calls, and tours
• Develop local corporate partnerships & community engagement
• Maximise all revenue streams (memberships, PT, retail, recovery)
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches, sales staff and potential leaders.
• Maintain a fully engaged and high performing Personal Training/MMA team that aligns with company values and goals.
• Handles member service matters, such as: providing tours of the Club, explaining services offered by the Fitness Department and signing members up for training agreements and appointments.
• Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.
• Complies with operational procedures in the club and follows up with compliance checks through the monitoring of club systems and employee performance..
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives
• Manage a high performing team to include a Fitness Manager & Sales Manager

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
• Experience supporting or delivering new site openings (desirable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €38,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
