The Opportunity: WA State Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic business builder to lead our Western Australia operations as we expand across Australia, this is your chance to shape the future of our growing brand.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Australian General Manager, this is a hands-on, sales-driven leadership role with full responsibility for State P&L. You’ll oversee everything from team development and customer service to mobile repairs and breakdown services, FIFO workforce providing services to major miners, distribution centre and our growing network footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across OEM, corporate, and end-user accounts leveraging our current major contracts
Expand our footprint by identifying and converting new franchise opportunities
Support and grow our existing franchise, branch network, and mining services business
Lead, mentor, and further develop a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hydraulic hoses preferred — but we welcome candidates from industrial hose, pneumatics, or hydraulic equipment backgrounds
Proven business development skills — you thrive on cold calling and closing deals
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
A natural leader who builds customer-focused, high-performing teams
Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Willingness to travel across WA and occasionally interstate
Strategic sales experience at a state or regional level
