Job description- Part Time Accounts administrator

Cult Drinks are a Dublin based company who have a diverse portfolio of alcoholic brands and are based in North County Dublin

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to our accountants which will involve working as part of a team to support all aspects of the day-to-day administration and book -keeping.

The Accounts administrator will be highly motivated and expected to work on their own initiative, with an ability to be adaptable, multi-task and have a keen attention to detail.

Package:

• Hourly rate (€15-€20) depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• General Office admin
• Book Keeping
• Inputting data to Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• To always ensure that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary with excellent Excel skills a necessity.
• Experience with ERM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a necessity
• Previous FMCG Sales Support is an advantage but not a necessity.
• Previous Bonded Warehouse administration is also an advantage but not a necessity.
• Excellent Organisational Skills

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: €15- 20 per hour
