Job description:

Primary role: To assist the Management Team with the day to day operating procedures in The Arc Cinema Midleton. They will be expected to join a team that delivers the highest standards of customer care while working in a fast paced environment.

The Position:

The role of a team member includes but is not limited to:

- Serving customers

- Operating the 'Ticket Check' point

- Clearing and cleaning of auditoriums between movies

- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout the cinema and common areas.

- Ushering auditoriums to ensure all customers have a relaxed and enjoyable experience

Most importantly - provide excellent customer care to everybody who visits The Arc Cinema Midleton.

The Person:* An enthusiastic people person with an outgoing personality. * A multi-tasker who thrives in an active and busy environment, whilst still maintaining the discipline to carry out routine tasks satisfactorily. * Attention to detail, most particularly around presentation and customer care.

Job Type / Category

Applicants must be available to work Monday to Sunday

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the cinema industry, many shifts will require you to work evenings and therefore at this time only applicants aged 18 years or older will be considered.
