General Operative - Document Services Department

Working as part of the Document Services team, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare and scan documents on to our Computer System.
- Complete Indexing work (labelling of soft files) as required along with Cataloging work as requested.
- Perform work with quality, accuracy and integrity with attention to detail.
- Liaise with the team to ensure objectives are met.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential and secure.
- The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, flexible and have the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of computers and/or previous experience working on a computer (i.e. know your way around a PC)

This is an initial three month contract with a view to extension.
The rate of pay is €14.15 gross per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Hours are between 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday plus 8am - 3:30pm on Fridays.
