We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated General operative as a helper on truck, and in our Recycling Yard, to join our team. Job Description:

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

Collection Operations:

• Working, with a combination of Truck helper and Yard operative .
• Collecting bins from various locations across the Kerry area following recurring weekly route schedules ensuring timely and efficient collection services, while working alongside an experienced Driver .
• Keeping yard areas clean and tidy ,power washing bins .

Work Schedule and Environment:

• Enjoy a full-time, permanent position with a five-day workweek.
• Some days require early starts with early finishes .
• Work in Kerry alongside experienced and friendly staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Training and Development:

• Receive comprehensive training upon joining the team to familiarize yourself with company procedures and equipment.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing training opportunities provided by the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in the waste management or recycling industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a harmonious team dynamic.
• Be reasonably fit and enjoy working outdoors .
