As a General Operator in our onion packing warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and packaging of our products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the possibility of advancement to the role of General Machine Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and inspecting onions for quality and freshness.
• Operating packing machinery according to established procedures.
• Weighing and labelling packaged onions for shipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assisting with inventory management as needed.
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and department leaders to meet production goals and resolve any operational issues.

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred but not required.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

· Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
