General Operative/Driver

Our company is currently seeking General Operative/Driver to carry out various tasks in our busy container, site accommodation and portable toilet company.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of portable toilets to fulfil customer orders

- Collection, delivery and associated handling of portable toilets to and from site including servicing

- Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes needs to be adjusted or changed.

- Delivery and disposal of waste to selected licensed facilities

- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies at all times

- Communicate any issues that arise with customers on site back to office for immediate resolution

- Complete all paperwork and administration necessary as requested

- Attend company meetings, training courses etc. as required

- To be flexible to carry out other duties as may be requested by the nature of the business from.

- Ad hoc tasks required and assist with other roles where required

- General maintenance, cleaning and operational functions

- To provide operational support to other areas of the business on request. This may include assisting with site installations and finishing works including slabbing, doors & windows, fitting flooring etc.

Key qualifications/ skills required:

· Full Category B driving licence

· BE driving licence (preferred but not essential)

· Forklift licence desirable

· Valid manual handling qualification desirable but relevant training can be provided

· Relevant driving experience and experience working in a similar environment a distinct advantage, not a necessity
