Southern Tyre Recycling are a waste management company specialising in Tyre Recycling.

We require a Waste Operative to process and sort waste tyres at our yard at Hollymount Industrial Estate, Knocknaheeney, Cork, T23 XD86

Please note, this is a physically demanding job.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Unloading, sorting and processing of waste deliveries to site.
• Completing the relevant paperwork.
• Loading of material into on-site machinery.
• Drive vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Adhering to all H&S and Waste Management License regulations.
• Liaising with office, drivers and yard staff.
• General housekeeping and Ad-hoc duties when required.

Skills and Qualities Required:

• Good Attitude and Work Ethic with a friendly and professional customer service manner.
• Forklift license is desired but not essential.
• Ability to work alone and within a small team.

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm

40 Hours per week
