Position Overview

Due to continued growth we are seeking a general operative to join our skilled team. This role is ideal for individuals who are hard working, comfortable with manual labour in all weather conditions and who are looking to develop their career in this industry. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of gardening duties, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine garden maintenance including mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, planting and weeding
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet client expectations

Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance (preferred but not essential)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Capable of performing outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable with good communication skills and a professional approach to client interactions
• Full driving licence an advantage

Pay: €14.00-€20.00 per hour
