HML was established in 1987 and provides groundwork, civil engineering, construction and plant hire. We have built a strong reputation for successfully delivering projects on time through offering bespoke solutions to our clients.

Due to continued expansion we are seeking experienced General Operatives – Labourers to join the team on sites across Dublin.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Carry out general tasks assigned by the site manager to meet project deadlines
• Carry out general construction tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling
• Operate hand machineries, such as drills and power tools
• Support skilled trades including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters
• Perform site preparation, clean-up, and manual labour tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in construction as a general operative/labourer (min. 2 years) necessary.
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have fluent English.
• Valid Manual Handling.
• Valid Safe Pass.
• Site Dumper ticket an advantage but not necessary
