Are you a motivated leader with a passion for retail operations and team development? We’re seeking a dedicated General Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment while driving profitability and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management:
• Schedule and supervise staff in compliance with labor laws
• Provide clear guidance, motivation, and appropriate discipline to ensure task completion and team cohesion
• Store Operations:
• Maintain a clean and organized store and storage areas
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and store presentation meets company standards
• Inventory & Vendor Relations:
• Manage inventory levels and order stock based on sales projections
• Maintain vendor relationships and implement cost-effective practices to support profitability
• Reporting & Communication:
• Participate in monthly meetings and provide performance reports to store owners

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices
• Familiarity with labor law compliance and scheduling tools
