Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Ottawa team in a general support role. You will be a key part of our operations, handling a variety of daily tasks while maintaining excellent communication with our clients and internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned
• Receive and manage incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
• Direct inquiries to appropriate departments or team members
• Assist with customer service requests and scheduling
• Support the team with documentation and record-keeping
• Help coordinate repairs and equipment maintenance activities
• Respond to client needs promptly and efficiently

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities
• Reliability and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and take on varied duties
• Any educational background or professional discipline is welcome
