Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Ottawa team in a general support role. You will be a key part of our operations, handling a variety of daily tasks while maintaining excellent communication with our clients and internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned
- Receive and manage incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Direct inquiries to appropriate departments or team members
- Assist with customer service requests and scheduling
- Support the team with documentation and record-keeping
- Help coordinate repairs and equipment maintenance activities
- Respond to client needs promptly and efficiently
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and take on varied duties
- Any educational background or professional discipline is welcome
