Planet Signs Ltd. is a Calgary-based signage, printing, and visual-marketing company. Our facility supports the production of custom signs, graphics, printing, and related products.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse and production operations.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will help keep our warehouse organized, stocked, and running efficiently. The role involves receiving and organizing materials, maintaining inventory, preparing materials for production, handling finished products, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe.

This is a primarily indoor warehouse position working closely with our production team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Unload deliveries and move materials to the appropriate storage areas.
• Store materials safely and ensure they are easy to locate.
• Prepare materials and supplies for production.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Sort, label, and organize products and supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
• Identify and report damaged or missing materials.
• Prepare completed products for storage or pickup.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow proper material-handling and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist the production team with warehouse-related tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials.

Experience in signage, printing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
