Generative Ai Engineer

Join our Data & AI team as a GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) Engineer to drive innovation in AI implementation. You'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end generative AI solutions that transform how our clients operate. Working with our talented teams across the Nordics, you'll bring advanced AI and data science innovations into real-world applications.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade AI architectures
• Transform innovative concepts into production-ready solutions
• Guide clients through their AI adoption strategy
• Pioneer new approaches in GenAI implementation
• Optimize models and implement prompt engineering

What we are looking for

Required qualifications

• Curiosity and enthusiasm about Generative AI
• Hands-on with a rapid learner mindset
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications appreciated, but not a deal breaker)
• Coding skills in Python or other programming languages
• Excellent communication skills in English (Nordic languages are a bonus!)

Nice to have

• Enterprise AI/GenAI implementations, side projects or hackathon
• Personal AI learning journey
• Hands on experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • ML/DL frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
  • Generative models implementation (like GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion)
  • MLOps and model deployment
  • Prompt engineering and optimization
  • Model fine-tuning and customization
