Le titulaire relève du directeur de supermarché.
RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES
- Planifie et coordonne les activités de son service de façon à atteindre les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité fixés par le directeur et ce, tout en respectant la convention collective en vigueur.
- Fait tous les achats de son département.
- S'assure de la concordance entre les prix qui viennent du bureau chef, ceux de la circulaire et ceux de la caisse à lecture optique.
- Est responsable du balancement des caisses et des dépôts. S'assure que les ventes totales du magasin sont équivalentes aux dépôts.
- Reçoit les plaintes des clients et les achemine au département approprié.
- S'assure que le magasin soit propre et accueillant pour les clients.
- Est responsable du recrutement des employés de son département et de la formation du personnel.
- Remplace le directeur du magasin lorsqu’il est absent.
CRITÈRES D'ADMISSIBILITÉ
- Secondaire V.
- 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dont 2 ans comme assistant-gérant.
- Capacité à planifier, diriger et organiser en milieu syndiqué.
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement.
- Bilinguisme (atout).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,677.25-$107,367.51 per year
