We are seeking a friendly, experienced, and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking the time to engage with customers, build rapport, and develop a strong understanding of a specialised product range.

Salary

Salary starting at €17.00 an hour. Enhanced salary package for applicants with proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a warm, welcoming, and personalised customer experience
• Engaging positively with customers and understanding their needs
• Developing a deep knowledge of our product range in order to confidently advise customers
• Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
• Operating the till and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
• Restocking and merchandising products thoughtfully and attractively
• Supporting opening and closing duties when required

Essential Requirements

• Previous retail, visual merchandising or customer service experience required
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required
• Must have own transport to and from work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Reliable and punctual
