Hegartys Home Interiors is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Giftware Sales Representative to join our busy retail team. If you have a passion for home décor, gifting, and creating an exceptional customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers and provide expert advice across our extensive giftware ranges.
• Maintain high merchandising standards, ensuring displays are tidy, attractive, and fully stocked.
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Receive, unpack, and price new stock deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet sales and service targets.
• Stay informed about new products and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred, ideally in giftware, homeware, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in merchandising.
• Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
