Job Details:

• Working in the town of Gig Harbor, WA
• 15 -20 patients per day
• Part-time position, 1 day a week
• Set your own schedule!
• There is a strong possibility that this role could grow into a 3 day a week role if wanted.
• Position: Physician
• Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated income range of $89,000 to $102,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential. This part-time role is not benefit eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care environment
• Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in State
