We focus on ensuring accounts are reconciled, financial reports are prepared on time, and records are always up to date. Your responsibilities:

• Ensure Financial Accuracy: Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly general ledger reconciliations to guarantee precise and reliable financial data.
• Support Closing Processes: Assist in quarter-end and year-end closes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Optimize Expenses: Review travel and operating expenses for compliance and efficiency.
• Be Audit-Ready: Maintain thorough documentation to meet audit and compliance standards.
• Drive Improvement: Contribute to accounting projects and process enhancements for greater efficiency.
• Help Innovate: Collaborate on accounting projects, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.

Your Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.
• Proven expertise in closing books and managing the month-end close process.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.

Additional Qualifications (a plus):

• Familiarity with international accounting standards, such as IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth company environment.
