About The Role

Job Purpose

To support the Food & Beverage team by keeping the bar, restaurant and guest areas clean, tidy and well presented.

Glass Collector Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and clear used glasses, bottles and tables.
• Return glassware safely to the designated area.
• Keep bar and guest areas clean and tidy.
• Assist with restocking glasses, ice and other supplies.
• Dispose of waste and bottles appropriately.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team during busy periods.
• Follow all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
