Global Benefits Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to join our Integrated & Global Solutions team (IGS) in Denmark as a Global Benefits Consultant.
IGS in Denmark advises multinational companies on all aspects of their employee benefits solutions. Utilizing a combination of analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to health and benefit solutions, including pensions, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, benchmarking analysis and risk management.
The Role
In this multifaceted role, you will serve as a key contact for clients, delivering innovative global benefit solutions supported by professional processes and technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage multiple client engagements.
- Coordinate client delivery teams, providing guidance and training to junior team members as needed, and take responsibility for client deliverables.
- Provide clients with expertise and advice on global health, risk and other benefits.
- Establish a trusted relationship with clients and provide consistent, superior project delivery.
- Manage large international consulting client engagements:
- Coordinate teams and promote effective working
- Develop plans for execution of large, global engagements
- Ensure project managers are maintaining team progress against goals
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches related to global consulting.
- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Partnering with regional/ local Health & Benefits, International consultants and regional/local geography teams
- Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the activity on key target accounts
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a candidate with international experience in HR or Employee Benefits, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to work with short deadlines. Your organizational skills, structured approach to problem-solving, combined with a consulting mindset and ability to build relationships across borders will make you an ideal fit for this role.
