OUR ROLE
As an End-to-End Planner, you'll be accountable for planning decisions from demand signals to supply execution. You'll manage inventory levels and product availability across warehouses, retail, and e-commerce, translating forecasts into supply and purchasing decisions while optimizing service levels within budgetary guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS
In this critical role, you'll ensure disciplined, value-focused inventory management by implementing best practices and innovative strategies. You'll drive efficiency by streamlining processes and fostering collaboration across departments. Your efforts will enhance supply chain responsiveness, ensuring that our inventory aligns with business goals and customer needs, ultimately supporting VITA Brands’ commitment to excellence and growth.

  • Act as the single accountability point for assigned SKUs globally.
  • Translate demand signals into buying/production decisions.
  • Own the weekly MPS, converting plans into executable production schedules.
  • Plan purchase quantities with third-party suppliers.
  • Actively manage inventory levels and product availability.
  • Plan within strict OTB limits, maximizing availability within financial constraints.
  • Work closely with demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and other teams.
  • Execute planning activities in SAP APO, ensuring high data quality.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a strategic planner with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes. Your expertise in end-to-end planning and decision-making, coupled with your ability to collaborate across diverse teams, makes you a vital asset to our continued operational excellence.

  • Planning Experience: 3–6 years in end-to-end planning roles, demonstrating expertise in managing global SKUs and availability.
  • Systems Expertise: Proficient in SAP APO, leveraging it as a critical tool for precise supply and inventory planning.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and drive strategic supply chain decisions.
  • Decision-Making Abilities: Skilled in making informed decisions under constraints, balancing service, inventory, and financial considerations.
  • Collaboration Skills: Effective in stakeholder management and fostering cross-functional teamwork to align with business objectives.
  • Adaptability: Capable of thriving in dynamic environments, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
