Global Learning Specialist - Product Training

This is a rare opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join a small, high-performing Global Product Training team, ideally in February 2025. You'll bring your passion for designing and developing compelling learning solutions, including online learning content, to a fun, collaborative environment.

That's where you come in…

You'll be primarily responsible for the analysis, design, and development of impactful and effective learning solutions to support sales of F&P product solutions globally. This includes leveraging the latest digital learning technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, as well as developing traditional, face-to-face training programs.

As our Learning Specialist, you will work closely with both in-market and global subject matter experts to lead and complete the design and development of innovative digital and face-to-face learning for multiple concurrent projects. You will create varied learning solutions for use by both internal and external stakeholders, including eBooks, information packs, online learning modules, videos, and podcasts. Once the learning solutions are developed, you will work with our in-market training teams to ensure successful delivery and ROI of programs.

So, who are you?

You'll have a knowledge of training needs analysis with the ability to think creatively, preferably with experience within a sales environment.
You understand and are passionate about adult learning principles and skill acquisition models in the development of both digital and face-to-face training.
You are proficient in digital training development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 (or other eLearning authoring platforms), Pages, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
You have a good eye for design and presentation, able to create visually appealing and effective learning solutions.
You are an effective communicator, skilled in achieving successful outcomes through collaborating and communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders (sales, channel partners, product specialists).
You have demonstrable experience in Instructional Design and delivering quality digital and face-to-face learning solutions.
You are a self-starter, well organized, with a focus on quality and excellent attention to detail.
You relish being part of a close-knit team with enthusiasm for what we do and enjoy food (both cooking and eating!).
