We are currently recruiting for a Global Marketing Manager for our Wellness category, to be based in Singapore. As the Global Marketing Manager, Wellness, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational goals of the Global Wellness team. Reporting to a Global Marketing Director Wellness, in Singapore, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including R&D, QSC, Finance, Business Units and Regions, to ensure the successful execution of global initiatives within VMS and Digestive Health. You will support the development of Access platforms, future facing science platforms, and innovation pipelines as well as analytics/financial modeling efforts that guide procurement strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Innovation Support:
    • Lead innovation development projects (Essentials MVM, Benefit Powders, Family Nutrition) for Access platform to build a scalable global Access pipeline.
    • Support the development and testing of consumer concepts focused on science and product innovations that align with the broader Wellness category strategy.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration:
    • Inspire and guide BUs and regional teams to drive alignment and foster a culture of enterprise thinking and accountability.
    • Facilitate cross-sharing of innovation platform best practices across business units (APAC, EMEA/LATAM, and NA) to support “share and reapply.”
    • Leverage regional insights to identify opportunities for scalable innovation initiatives and contribute to global strategy development.
  • Sustainability Initiatives:
    • Support sustainability projects, including carbon and plastics reduction initiatives, by coordinating regional alignment and executing rollout plans.
  • Centrum Brand Architecture:
    • Facilitate dialogue with the APAC Regional Team and APAC Business Units to ensure that BU innovation pipelines align with the global Centrum brand architecture and remain within global innovation guardrails.
    • Support the implementation of global strategies, focusing on range and innovation in collaboration with the Wellness Design Team.
  • Analytics:
    • Lead analytics efforts to develop should-cost model archetypes for proprietary formulations, science IP, technologies, and compounds.
    • Provide strategic guidance for procurement teams to ensure cost-effective negotiations while maintaining high standards for innovation and quality.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
  • Strategic influencing capabilities involving both mental agility and people agility to understand and align stakeholder requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with P&L management experience and strong ability to leverage data for decision-making.
