Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible to shape and drive our ABB Crealizer solution offering, enabling customization and extending the functionalities for our Motion System Drives portfolio. ABB Crealizer is our open software platform integrated into our ABB Drives operating system and enables our customers to create, validate and realize their own solutions and extend the functionalities of our products. You will focus on collecting customer requirements, defining the roadmap and set the development priorities. Furthermore, you will be driving marketing and communication activities and drive customer success. The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division globally. The ideal candidate is based in Germany (Mannheim), Finland (Helsinki), Switzerland (Turgi) or the United States (New Berlin). You will be mainly accountable for: • Market and Customer Engagement: Collects market and customer requirements, and positions ABB Crealizer in the market. • Product Development and Strategy: Drives vision and strategy, manages the product roadmap, and defines next features. • Coordination and Integration: Coordinates with product managers and development teams and supports cross-divisional adoption. • Marketing and Launch: Plans market launch, coordinates marketing activities, and drives the development of pre-built applications and the web-shop.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 7-10 years of working experience with software-based solutions and Product Management activities.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data analytics or related field.
• Experience in design thinking and value proposition design process to discover and test new solutions.
• Solid understanding of variable speed drives and the customer needs, as well as the Automation and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and virtual PLC markets.
• Proven understanding with development digital solutions.
• Ability to collect customer needs, build roadmaps and define/prioritize requirements.
• High level of networking, organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
