Global Qc Management Assistant
The Global QC Management Assistant will have a high impact on driving the understanding of KojoX and the local “What’s in it for me”, supporting the change management challenge. The person will have a high responsibility in creating transparency across the QC sites enabling the best use of competencies/capabilities globally.
Your New Role
The main purpose is to drive/ensure communication across the FDB QC organizations globally, establish and maintain a global QC homepage and create professional presentations for the global QC VP and the Sr. Director of QC KojoX.
The GQC Management Assistant must be able to work independently, with moderate direction. The Global QC Management Assistant will be responsible for driving the listed job duties across the various QC organizations globally. The person will have a high impact on connecting the dots worldwide, driving clear and consistent communication.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
  • Develop a framework/strategy for simple and transparent communication across the FDB QC organizations
  • Establish a communication network across the global QC organization, with point of contacts at each site
  • Continuously drive the global communication
  • Develop a global QC FBD homepage
  • Manage the homepage and ensure to keep it updated
  • Develop and maintain an organizational overview
  • Include who to contact on specific matters across the global QC organization. Make it visible on the homepage
  • Plan and book team events for QC VP and Sr. Director of QC KojoX
  • Make appealing presentations for SLT/ELT and global QC
What we think you will need to be a success
  • BA or BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications or People Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a global/international communication position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT/technical skills regarding creation of presentations, homepage.
  • Advanced computer skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong international experience from former positions
  • Fluent in English
  • Personal, reliable, flexible, quick thinking, solution oriented and self-starter
  • Ability to make decisions at the appropriate level
  • Can work independently with moderate supervision
  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
  • Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner
