About the Role

As the General Manager, Technology, you will:

• Set and lead a business-aligned technology strategy focused on guest experience, operational performance and value
• Oversee technology delivery and prioritisation, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes
• Enable digital and online retail capability, supporting ticketing, loyalty, promotions and customer journeys
• Partner with leaders and vendors to translate business priorities into practical solutions

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Senior leadership experience delivering technology outcomes in consumer-facing or multi-site environments
• Strong commercial and eCommerce understanding, including online retail, digital journeys and integrations
• Decisive, pragmatic leadership, with a bias for action and fit for purpose solutions
• A guest-first mindset, with empathy for frontline teams and operational realities
