Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure delivery reliability
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
• Contribute and maintain good relationship with suppliers
• Meet compliance at all times
• Work with team to meet KPI standards in accordance with Company procedures

• Min. 2 years of industry specific qualification
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in English and Danish or Swedish
• Knowledge of European Road Market
• Dispatching experience in Road freight (international)
• Knowledge of international Road Haulier market
• Ambitious and team player
