Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Golf Attendant to enhance the guest experience at our public golf course. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with golf course operations, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team, supporting various guest activities and events in a resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, tee times, and course inquiries
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of golf carts, equipment, and common areas
• Support event management activities such as tournaments or special guest functions
• Support guest services by providing directions, recommendations, and assistance throughout their visit

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service preferred
• Strong communication skills including public speaking and conflict management abilities
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods
• Friendly demeanor with excellent guest services skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
