We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to undertake a dual role within our logistics and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for HGV driving duties, forklift operation, and supporting goods-in processes to ensure efficient delivery, receipt, and storage of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) in accordance with road transport regulations.
  • Load and unload vehicles as required.
  • Secure loads correctly and ensure safe transportation.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records.
  • Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Accurately book goods into stock control systems.
  • Label and store products correctly.
  • Maintain clean and organised goods-in and warehouse areas.
  • Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock issues.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Licence (Class 1 or Class 2 as required).
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification.
  • Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Valid forklift licence (counterbalance/reach) (desirable, refresher can be provided).
  • Previous experience in driving and warehouse operations.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible and team-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to €40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mullan, County Monaghan: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • hgv license (required)
  • Forklift Licence (required)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)

Work Location: In person
