Grade Crew Foreman – 5 Yr Min. Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to safely and efficiently run a Grade Crew and operate GPS Equipped Motor Grader Equipment.

Candidate must be able to lead, manage, supervise, and work with the crew, including the operators and ground crew.

Must have verifiable experience with references.

Valid Driver’s License required and must be insurable through company policy.

Must pass a drug test and background check.

Must be able to work long hours and weekends when required.

Candidate should be proficient in electronic timesheets, job reports, photo documentation, email correspondence, and associated tasks on company issued laptops and/or tablets.

Must be able to read and interpret project plans and specifications, in both hard copy and electronic formats, and be proficient in all aspects of GPS equipment operation and elevation/grade control.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, finish grading roads, parking lots, curb pads, driveways, flatwork, and associated items.

Position requires teamwork and open communication with company leadership, supervisors and staff to ensure projects start efficiently, remain on schedule, and are completed within budget.

Enact and enforce all company policies and procedures including reporting, safety, training, and documentation.

Possess Safety Credentials (preferred):

· OSHA 30-Hour

· First Aid/CPR

Must possess ability to meet company physical requirements for this position including sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, stooping, reaching, balancing, twisting, crawling and kneeling, lifting (up to 50lbs.), pushing, pulling, climbing, stairs, ladders, equipment operation outside and in varying types of environmental conditions for extended periods.

Position includes a provided company work truck.
